Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Email chajiabdelhadi@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times by your bank or card issuer may vary.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as opened personal-care or fragrance products) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Return shipping
Unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the returns process above.
