Thank you for shopping with Novah. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping times

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

United States: 7–12 business days
Canada, UK, Europe, Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
Rest of world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during peak seasons, promotions, or due to customs, weather, or carrier delays outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be displayed on site.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update after you receive it.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).
